Potaje

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas
  • Beans
  • Chafing
  • Chirivía (1)
  • Pumpkin
  • Green beans
  • Onion (1)
  • Tomato
  • Oil and salt
  • Flour
  • Sweet paprika

Preparation:

  • Chickpeas, beans, chard, beans, squash and parsnip and put in boiling water.
  • In a pan with the oil, a sofrito with onion and tomato is made, once fried, add a tablespoon of flour and out of the heat a teaspoon of ground pepper.
  • This preparation is poured over the pot and it is continued boiling everything together for about an hour.
